职位描述 We are searching a R & D project manager on behalf of a 500 parmaceutical company.
Here are the job description:
Job Title: R & D project manager
Job Location: Guangzhou, China
Salary: ￥300-500K yuan（USD $50-80K)
The project manager will drive the product development, project management and communication of program schedules, budgets and deliverables. With demonstrated thorough understanding of Medical Device product development process, program manager is expected to play critical role in the project facilitation and responsible for monitoring and managing the program milestones, budget, deliverables from initiation to product launch.
Requirements and Skills
- MS/Ph.D./MBA and 5+ years biopharmaceutical, medical device or pharmaceutical development experience is required; BS plus 9+ year of relevant work experience will be considered
- Strong technical experience with exposure to biological, medical device, pharmaceutical product development, medical device is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting cross-functional relationships, including strong influential and communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding/experience with the New Product Introduction (NPI) cycle
- Master in the use of any program management software (such as, Microsoft Project) and strong computer skills working with Microsoft Office programs is required
- Aware of and comply with the Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing and quality of outcomes
- Demonstrated problem-solving, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills both in Chinese and English
